Enters and maintains training records for all Flight Attendants, Instructors and Inflight Support Specialist (ISS) qualifications for each airline certificate.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self-govern.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Specialty training beyond high school. At least 1 year of clerical experience. Knowledge of Codes of Federal regulations governing training records. Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies. Impact of decisions is moderately low.
