Duties and Responsibilities


Enters and updates data records to ensure crewmembers and instructor qualifications meet FAA and Republic Airlines regulations.




  1. Enters crewmember and instructor records and data into appropriate databases. 
  2. Collects data from instructors and maintains training inbox for emails and fax transmissions.
  3. Tracks pilot distance learning and craft memos to ensure compliance with FAA requirements.
  4. Runs reports to identify disqualified pilots from flying status.  Tracks missing paperwork and ensures compliance in coordination with Managers of Training.
  5. Monitors progress of students from operating experience to project finish.  Verifies dates for pilot line flying.
  6. Fields all calls and answers questions for pilots and instructors related to training.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Above average computer skills are required, especially with Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Preferred:  At least 1 year of experience in customer service.   Experience with CrewQual, CrewTrac, and MS Access.  Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Work shift may include working four 10 hour days and work on weekends.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
  • Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies.  Impact of decisions is moderately low.
