    Duties and Responsibilities



    Facilitates the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening and evaluating talent for Republic Airline.



    1. Applies creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for Republic Airways. This includes: social media, mainline/niche job boards, flight schools, universities, on/off-site recruitment events, tradeshows, and cold call recruitment strategies.
    2. Utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS: iCIMs) to conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. Documents candidate records, sources potential applicants, schedules interviews, and executes hire process/on-boarding steps including interview travel coordination.
    3. Understands and applies talent acquisition processes in full compliance with all EEO legislation, the Americans with Disability Act, other government compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and internal quality control standards.
    4. Ensures all work performed is in accordance with monthly targets.
    5. Maintains necessary files related to applications, interviews and testing procedures.
    6. Serves as point-of-contact for applicants and trainees in answering concerns and communicating information.
    7. Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, including the development and maintenance of operational procedures.
    8. Performs other duties as assigned or required.




    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.



    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.  Strong verbal, oral, and computer skills.



    Associate’s degree or equivalent.  Administrative/clerical experience.



            Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to                  customers, clients, and other employees of the organization



    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.



    Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies.  Impact of decisions is moderately low.
